Subject:	Public Comment regarding Next Generation Solar Incentive Straw
Proposal

I am strongly opposed to the transition away from the established SREC program in favor of an
untested, burdensome and cost prohibitive Feed-In-Tariff program (FIT.)

Massachusetts already has a very successful SREC program, which has helped our state create
one of the most significant, vital solar markets in the country.

I urge you to work toward implementation of a new SREC III program that allows the industry to
continue to participate in a fair, market-based policy with set incentive levels. I believe this is
the most logical path to a stable, just, self-sustaining solar market.

Sincerely,
